What better way than to lose weight with these tried and tested delightful weight-loss smoothies. No 5 is my yummy delight.
These weight-loss smoothies have enough calories to help in effective weight-loss. I have given the calorie chart with each smoothie to help you keep track of your intake calorimeter.
1. Golden Hemp Weight-Loss Smoothies
Golden Hemp smoothie is full of protein. This smoothie will help you lose weight tastefully. It has all the essential nutrients with fiber. The main source of good fat is hemp seeds and almond butter. No artificial sweeteners are needed as the rich taste of mango and banana are delicious. You can treat yourself to slim down with this delicious weight-loss smoothie.
Ingredients
Water: 1 to 1 and half cup
Mango: 1 cup fresh or frozen pitted. Cut into chunks or peices.
Banana: 2 or 3 fresh or frozen small size. Cut into big chunks or pieces.
Hemp seeds: 1/4 cup raw hulled
Almond butter: 2 tablespoons
Honey: 1 tablespoon
Natural Vanilla Essence: 1 teaspoon
Salt: a pinch
Method
Put all the ingredients water, mango chunks, banana chunks, hemp seeds, almond butter, honey, vanilla, salt together in the blender. Blend on high speed until smoothie is very silky and creamy for 60 to 90 second. Pour in a tall glass and ready to serve.

2. Spinach Avocado Weight-loss Smoothies
Rich in monosaturated fats, the good fats, the avocado has a smooth and creamy texture has all the goodness of weight-loss smoothies. Avocado contains a lot of fiber. It is rich in minerals and vitamins like B-Vitamins, Vitamin K, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, potassium and copper. They are very satiating and ideal for weight loss. Spinach with all its goodness of high fiber is rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin K, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, manganese, folate, magnesium, calcium, potassium, iron, copper.
Ingredients
Avocado: half pitted
Spinach: 1 cup fresh
Banana: 1 large-sized ripe
Natural peanut butter: 1 tablespoon
Milk: 1 cup
Ice cubes: a handful, you can use crush as well
Method
Put all ingredients together and blend at high speed until you get a nice creamy smooth texture. Pour in a tall glass over ice crush and ready to serve.

3. Banana cream pie smoothie
Banana cream pie smoothie is rich in texture and has all the elements that makes it an easy to make delicious of all weight-loss smoothies.
Ingredients
Banana: 1 large ripe
Low-fat yogurt: 1 cup
Nut/Soy/Cow’s milk: 1 cup unsweetened
Honey: 2 tablespoon
Vanilla essence: half teaspoon
Ice cubes: a handfull, or use ice crush
Cracker crumbs: crushed for garnishing
Method
Mix all the ingredients banana cut into large pieces, low-fat yogurt, honey, vanilla essence, ice cubes or crush. You have a choice of using either of these nut milk, soy milk or cow milk. Blend at high speed until you get a silky smooth creamy smoothie. Pour over ice crush in a glass. Garnish with sprinkling cracker crumbs on top. It is ready to serve two persons.

4. Dark Chocolate Cherry Chia Weight-Loss Smoothies
Dark chocolate cherry chia smoothie is another weight-loss smoothie which is more than enough to satiate your chocolate cravings without worrying much about weight gains. It is a delicious way to weight loss. The main source of protein is Chia seeds in this smoothie. Cherry and chocolate both contain a good amount of magnesium and packed with antioxidants. They will boost your heart’s health.
Ingredients
Nut/ Soy or Cow’s milk: 1 cup unsweetened
Chia seeds: 2 tablespoon
Cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon unsweetened
Halved pitted cherries: 2 cups
Banana: 1 medium-sized ripened
Ice cubes or crush: a handful
Honey (optional for a sweet tooth): 1 tablespoon
Addons (optional): 1 scoop of your preferred chocolate protein whey powder, 1 tablespoon coconut flakes or shreds.
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend for 30 to 40 minutes. Check for a silky smooth texture. Blend some more if needed. Pour over ice in a glass and serve.

5. Berry cherry smoothie
A quick and easy delicious treat. This is one of my favorites. Red tart cherry is the best to use in this smoothie. You can choose berry as you like from blueberry, strawberry, and blackberry depending on their availability. If you want to use all of them then keep all to half a cup each. In case you miss anyone then you can use a full cup.
Berry and cherry are known for their antioxidant value. You have another option to choose from either coconut milk or skimmed milk.
Ingredients
Skimmed Milk or coconut milk: half cup
Almond: 1/4 cup
Hemp seeds: 2 tablespoon
Blackberries: half cup
Blueberries: half cup
Strawberries: half cup
Medjool Dates: 2 or 3
Method
Put all the ingredients in the order listed and keep blending until you get the silky smooth texture for a nice pouring consistency.
