Price tag, manufacturing date, batch number. Have you ever tried to look at ingredients? Of course, you have. We all do. Because we want only healthy stuff for our family. But how healthy are some of the healthy things you buy! I want to share some of the not so healthy drinks that we often buy without giving it much thought.

Your body treats it the same way as it treats natural sugar. Most of the sweetness in juice comes from the fructose which is associated with the visceral fat or belly fat (visceral adipose tissue) deposition in overweight people – according to a study in the Journal of Clinical Investigation.

We can not get behind them now. Can we!

Enjoy this instead! Then what to use instead of pancake syrup. I have found the pure maple syrup is the answer. These pancake syrups should have pure maple syrup as sweetner but they lack it. The concentrated flavor saves you calories and goes a long way. Only a little of it used as one time go.

Morning rush hours compel us to grab and go kind of stuff. The lure of quick snack and ready made drinks is too easy to resist. Energy drinks or overlypriced chemical formula. I call it chemical cocktail with a lot of caffeine and a lot of sugar. A University of Maryland study found that energy drinks are 11 percent more corrosive to your teeth than regular soda. Overconsumption can also destroy your liver. So think twice before consuming any energy drink.

Enjoy this instead! The best energy booster and all natural is the famous Green tea. You can take it for fat loss or natural cleaning up of body toxins.
