  • Another medicine is ‘SHESHMANI VATI’ 500 milligrams which you can take two times a day.
  • Take trikatu (PIPLI, MARICH, SHUNTHI) Powder 5 GRAM and holy basil 3 to 5 leaves. Boil these in 1-liter water continuously until the water quantity is reduced to half. Store it in a bottle and drink according to your needs.
  • Insert two drops of Sesame oil in your nose daily in the morning.

  • Add holy basil or tulsi to your food. It can help you with cough and chronic respiratory problems. Tulsi water also contains several anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory properties that can take care of cold and related infections.
